Named after a famous bar established by none other than Jack Daniel himself. The bar was founded 125 years before the release of this bottling.
The Red Dog stood on Lynchburg’s square, in close proximity to the Red Dog’s sister bar, the White Rabbit. Both were famed for their good times, conversation and, of course, whiskey! The Red Dog Saloon sadly closed its doors during prohibition.
The whiskey itself is a creamy and sweet affair, with plenty of cinnamon spice and barrel char flavours. It benefits considerably from being bottled at 43% ABV.
A superb celebration of what was no doubt an excellent bar, each of these limited edition bottles comes with a beautiful presentation box.
