Standard Delivery Time
- Same Day Delivery for Klang Valley Area if ordered before 10 p.m DAILY.
- Orders are processed daily before 10 p.m working hour. Any orders placed after this time frame are processed the next business day.
- Standard Delivery for outside Klang Valley - within 2 to 5 working days. FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS ABOVE RM2000.
- If your order is likely to be delayed we will do our best to contact you, however, as we use external carriers to make our deliveries, we cannot offer a guaranteed service (although we do have a pretty good track record).
- Please make sure there is someone available at the delivery address provided to accept the parcel during this time.
Delivery Fee
- We charge a flat rate for any number of bottles to a single address with maximum prices of RM25 within Klang Valley. Free for orders above rm330.
- We charge a flat rate of RM25 per single order for order outside Selangor. [Free above rm2000]
- Delivery to East Malaysia is subjective.
- Any breakages or shortages must be reported to our team via WhatsApp +65 8419 9668 within 72 hours of the delivery. You must have your order number.
