In the world of rosé, there are big differences, from the fresh, strawberry-coloured wines of Provence to the multi-aligned category of white zinc. The grape varieties used are most often red, and the bright color is achieved by limiting the contact of the grape with its shells. Rosé wines are usually produced from the grape varieties commonwhere they are produced - for example, Provence rosé wines are usually produced from a combination of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvédre, while these rosé wines are made from 100% pinot noir.
As an aperitif with some spiced olives and tomato confit. This rosé wine is the ideal accompaniment to seasonal salads,
marinated sardines or grilled lamb chops. For dessert: Drink it with strawberries, a real treat!
