A 16-year-old Lagavulin released exclusively for Feis Ile 2017, this single malt has been double matured in Moscatel casks, giving it a sweeter, fruitier character. The palate holds notes of pepper, lime, ripe orchard fruits and sweet wine, with a waxy, citrus undercurrent. The finish is long and smooth with gentle smoke coming through.
