The barley comes from the Port Ellen distillery. The whisky is then aged for 5 years in ex-cognac barrels from the prestigious Maison Ferrand.
The first nose reveals incredible fruity and peaty notes. Notes of liquorice and cocoa come then to coat the nose. In the mouth it is a lively whisky with a vanilla finish.
This edition is limited to 400 bottles.
