| TASTING NOTES | The nose is sweet and of good body. Plenty of honey and cut herbs and barley sugar. A mixed peel and sultana note. The palate is of good body with a decent spice. Plenty of thick sherry and ground ginger with winter spice and oak. The finish is quite long with sherry and oak. |
