| OVERVIEW | The 2019 Fallon's Folly Shiraz Cabernet was a bit more elusive than the Shiraz at time of tasting, with restrained dark fruit aromas – these are after all very young wines sampled from tank for tasting. The palate is firmer, with bitter black olive savoury notes complementing a blackberry character. It is medium to full bodied with lots of tannin and a supple long finish. |
