| OVERVIEW | Medium ruby. Initially funky, used some time to reveal aromas of red berries and cherry fruits. Medium-bodied with noticeable bubbling, very soft tannins and med-high acidity. Simple red for everyday drinking but very food-friendly. A wine made to be drank with almost any kind of food. Signifficantly better on day 2 as other reviewers wrote, where the nose was cleaner and the sparkling had disappeared. Simple and pleasent wine. |
