| TASTING NOTES | Nose: A smouldering, smoky nose with toffee apples, rancio, Armagnac, ginger and nutmeg. Palate: A rich, sherried palate with wood smoke, linseed, rhubarb and custard sweets, raspberries and walnut. A hint of spearmint develops. Finish: A long, herbal, nutty finish with bittersweet oak on the tail. |
