| TASTING NOTES | APPEARANCE Blood orange. NOSE Orange and citrus open up fading to fresh green apples. Then chocolate, thick fudge, boiled sweets, aniseed overwhelm whilst white chocolate truffles are hidden. PALATE Light citrus zest with new oak giving way to a juicier sweetness of lemon and orange. Raisin, sultana and apple with a hint of cinnamon and ginger. MEDIUM Medium and soft. |
