A 25-year-old Springbank single malt that has been matured in a combination of sherry, bourbon and rum casks for a quarter of a century before being bottled in 2021. Aromas of stewed rhubarb, tropical fruits, golden syrup, shortbread and barbecued meats fill the nose, complemented by notes of almonds, pecan pie, butterscotch, peat smoke, brine and dried fruit throughout the palate.
