| OVERVIEW | The second bottling in Teeling's Revival series, created in celebration of the opening of the Teeling distillery in Dublin. Interestingly, this expression was aged for the first 12 years of its maturation in bourbon barrels before being transferred over to ex-Calvados casks for the final year! A release of 10,000 bottles. |
| TASTING NOTES | Nose: White peach, candied peels, rose petals, flaky pastry with caramelised brown sugar, white chocolate and cloudy lemonade. Palate: Spicier than the nose suggests, with an exciting rush of ginger and mint. Nougat, red liquorice and lots more stone fruit notes follow. Finish: Strawberry bon-bons, tobacco leaf and light wafts of lemongrass. |
